The Community Recovery Division is a department of the Lenoir County government. We run the Recovery Together ENC Center, staff the Adult and Family Accountability and Recovery Courts of the 9th Judicial District, coordinate the Reentry Council, and administer the opioid settlement and grant funds that pay for this work.
